THIS AGREEMENT is made between Fletcher Fabrications Group UK Ltd (hereinafter called “the Company”) and the Customer(s).
- The Customer(s) hereby agree to purchase and/or purchase and have installed and the Company hereby agrees to sell, supply and/or supply and install the goods and services set out on the order. No variation of the clauses of this Agreement shall be accepted by the Company unless such variation is signed by a Director of the Company. However, in line with the Company policy of continuous product development and improvement, the Company reserves the right to make minor alterations to any of the specifications contained herein without notice unreservedly.
- The Customer(s) agrees that all drawings are viewed from outside. Bay measurements are given from inside. Aluminium baypoles are not load bearing.
- All window opening lights and dummy sashes to be internally beaded
- All sizes are finished frame sizes, inclusive of any frame extensions such as sub cills and add-ons. We do not make allowances for tolerance, sunken frames or any other fitting details.
- Unless you have specified ‘no cill’ or a particular sub cill on your order, we will allow 150mm sub cills (or the default sub cill/drainage base for the system) as standard.
- All sub cills are cut to the exact frame width unless stated otherwise. Sub cill depth may vary by +/- 10mm based on the extruder used. The sub cill extruder/brand will be chosen by Fletcher Fabrications Group UK Ltd to best suit with the products ordered.
- All cill end caps can come in black unless specified by customer
- Astragal bars are supplied in full lengths.
- Lead times will be confirmed at the point of order. Special RAL coloured frames have an extended lead time. Please note: All lead times given are estimates only based on the best information available at the time. Although we will endeavour to meet the specified date, Fletcher Fabrications Group UK Ltd will not be liable for any direct or consequential loss resulting from delays.
- Collection | Delivery
- Deliveries are subject to availability and require a minimum of 2 days’ notice.
- Collections must be arranged in advance and will only be handled at the allocated timeslot.
- Delivery and collection requests are to be made through email only sales@fletcherfabrications.uk
- All outstanding payments must be made with cleared funds two working days before the stated delivery/collection date.
- Specific times for delivery cannot be guaranteed.
- Customers are required to make suitable arrangements to ensure capacity is present to receive goods.
- Customers are also to ensure that all delivery addresses are correct at the time of booking.
- Goods must be inspected and any defects reported via email within 24hours of receipt. Fletcher Fabrications Group UK Ltd will not accept any liability for any claims made outside of this time period.
Data Protection
- We will process your information to enable us to carry out your order and for administration of the contract (including debt collection), risk assessment, marketing and the offering of any of our group company’s products or services (unless you have opted out), market research, after sales service, system testing, analysing your account history and to detect and prevent fraud. Your information may be disclosed to our employees, agents, service providers, group companies and assignees for these purposes.
- We may share your information with the persons mentioned in Section 30 and relevant trade bodies and all other associated bodies who may need to pass this information on to the relevant body to comply with Building Regulations or other regulatory requirements and/or in order to carry out the installation and any after sales services.
If you would like to proceed with this quote as an order, please check that the specifications, sizes and designs meet your requirements. Please confirm by signing the section at the bottom of this page and returning this back to us along with a deposit for 50% of the total job value.
Goods do not belong to you until paid for in full. We reserve the right to remove all unpaid items.
Please note that no orders will be processed until a deposit has been received, unless agreed in advance, in writing. The full outstanding amount must be paid by cleared funds two working days before delivery or collection can take place.
Card payments can be made to the office during working hours (Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm) or can be made through BACS transaction (confirmation of this must be sent to the office). Our Bank Details are:
